Plasma cells are not restricted to the CD27+ phenotype: characterization of CD27-CD43+ antibody-secreting cells

چکیده
Circulating antibody-secreting cells are present in the peripheral blood of healthy individuals reflecting continued activity humoral immune system. Antibody-secreting typically express CD27. Here we describe and characterize a small population class switched CD19+CD43+ B that lack expression CD27 subjects. In this study, characterized CD27-CD43+ cells. We demonstrate class-switched possess characteristics conventional plasmablasts as they spontaneously secrete antibodies, morphologically similar to cells, show downregulation cell differentiation markers, have gene profile related plasmablasts. Despite these similarities, observed differences IgA IgG subclass distribution, homing replication history, frequency somatic hypermutation, immunoglobulin repertoire, Toll-like receptors, cytokines, cytokine antibody response vaccination. Their is altered immune-mediated disorders. Conclusion with function potential compared CD27+

The Rockefeller University Press J. Exp. Med. Vol. 208 No. 13 2563-2569 To the Editor: In a recent issue of The Journal of Experimental Medicine, Thomas Rothstein and colleagues, a group with long-standing expertise in the field of mouse B1 cells, reported the description of a B1 B cell subset in human blood, a population that has thus far eluded identification (Griffin et al., 2011). Mouse B1 ...

B1 cells differ in many ways from conventional B cells, most prominently in the production of natural immunoglobulin, which is vitally important for protection against pathogens. B1 cells have also been implicated in the pathogenesis of autoimmune dyscrasias and malignant diseases. It has been impossible to accurately study B1 cells during health and illness because the nature of human B1 cells...
متن کاملCD27-mediated activation of murine NK cells.
CD27, a member of the TNF receptor superfamily, has been implicated in T cell activation, T cell development, and T cell-dependent Ab production by B cells. In the present study we examined the expression and function of CD27 on murine NK cells. Murine NK cells constitutively expressed CD27 on their surface. Stimulation with immobilized anti-CD27 mAb or murine CD27 ligand (CD70) transfectans so...
متن کاملTLR9 Ligand Induces the Generation of CD20+ Plasmablasts and Plasma Cells from CD27+ Memory B-Cells
Plasma cells (PCs) have a heterogeneous phenotype in humans. While bone marrow PCs are CD20-CD138+, tonsil PCs are CD20+CD138+/- and peripheral plasmablasts (PBs) are CD20-CD138-. In vitro, PCs are mainly generated by the activation of CD27+ memory B-cells through transient stimulation of CD40, and their phenotype appears similar to that of bone marrow PCs. While CD20 expression is lost at the ...

The expression of the costimulatory molecules CD80 and CD86 was increased on synovial fluid CD19+ B cells as compared to peripheral blood. CD80/CD86 expression on these B cells could be shown to induce alloreactive T cell proliferation in vitro. Most of the synovial fluid B cells belonged to the CD27+IgDclass-switched memory B cell subset. However, almost half of the CD27 negative synovial B ce...
